Pediatric Therapies Serving Northwest Missouri

Thorough, Individualized, and Quality therapies to care for your child from ages 2 to 18!

What Services Do You Offer?

  • Behavior issues, such as uncontrolled tantrums, aggressive physical behavior, and repetitive emotional outbursts, may interfere with children’s ability to function in school and may cause turmoil at home.

Targeted behavior interventions tailored to meet each child’s needs can prevent these challenging behaviors and teach children to use communication through positive behaviors in response to challenges.

Effective behavior intervention plans can effectively minimize negative behaviors and ensure a healthy educational environment that optimizes learning and can improve family interactions.

  • Our unique assessments provide information to asses reading, writing, spelling, and handwriting difficulties. We will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan and give you valuable tools on how to work with your current school system to gain the support your child needs.

  • A kid’s occupation is to grow, learn, do schoolwork, and play. Using evidence-based practices, Occupational therapy (OT) helps kids who have a physical, sensory, or cognitive disability. OT’s focus on fine motor, visual motor, and sensory processing skills to help your child do everyday things like eating, putting on shoes and socks, focusing on learning, writing, and playing with toys or other kids.

  • Our evidence-based approach addresses gross motor delays, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, and more. Specialized exercises help to enhance your child’s muscle strength, coordination, and mobility.

  • Our Speech Language Pathologists addresses articulation, language delays, fluency issues and communication difficulties. We use exercises to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and expressive communication skills.

  • We currently use brain-based methods to tutor children and teens in reading and spelling. Our method is multi-sensory, using movement, touch, sight, and sound to ensure optimal understanding of the subject matter. Learn more.

Not Your Average Therapy Clinic

We know that traditional therapy clinics can be demanding in terms of time and money – resources that might be hard to come by.

But here at our clinic, we take a different approach. We go beyond conventional therapy, offering a comprehensive approach that addresses multiple aspects of your child’s functioning.

Your child's goals may vary, ranging from traditional therapy activities like walking, posture, and endurance, to reading, writing, and behavioral control. Additionally, we may work on executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, and follow-through. These skillsets often intertwine and play a significant role in your child's development.

We're here to support them every step of the way. And, you can rest assured that we will respect your time and money along the way.
