Who Are We?
Our Story
Born out of a need to support children facing various challenges, Mitzi and Sam created Comprehensive Therapies & Tutoring.
Our school systems are bogged down, hospitals have long waiting list, and we have families needing extra support.
Our dyslexia testing and tutoring began out of a personal need, when one of our founder's 2 children were struggling to keep up with reading after being diagnosed with dyslexia and dysgraphia.
After years working in the school system, we had built vast resources, so we created the tutoring side of our company utilizing the best educators in the area.
We recognized that many children needed more; more support physically, emotionally, and academically. Knowing the best of the best, our team was born.
Our Approach
We take a holistic and personalized approach to therapy, understanding each child’s uniqueness. Through our vast experience, we can find the underlying causes to the “obvious” issues at play.
You, as the parent, know your child best. You can expect resources, guidance, and effective treatments to use outside of therapy sessions.
Our focus on neuro-development and evidence-based practices enables us to partner with you child to help them find success throughout childhood and beyond.
